27 Hospital Business Office Directors, Supervisors and CFO's earned their stripes at HomeTown Health's Business Office Director Boot Camp!
September 26th, 27th & 28th were exciting days for many of HomeTown Health's Business Office Directors and Supervisors. They learned from seasoned veteran, Elaine Dixon, what the top 10 Business Office priorities should be, how to manage them, monitor and report on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis. Measures of Success, Benchmarks, Policies and Standard Procedures were the focus of the 2 1/2 day Boot Camp that was held at Lake Blackshear. The participants also enjoyed great food, fun team building activities and lots of valuable networking time.

HomeTown Happens in Hospitals
When HomeTown Health staff are asked “Where is your office?”, we always reply: “We have 52 offices across the state of Georgia”, referencing our member hospitals and the time we spend at each site. HomeTown Health delivers vital and educational information at meetings set up around the state. These meetings are designed to provide guidance to specific areas in your facility and are a way for hospitals to share and exchange ideas.
